Biography
Shirley is the financial specialist for the Building Energy Codes Program which has a budget of $6.6M plus $12.3M in stimulus funding expected. She also shares financial duties on a Department of Homeland Security project with a budget of $8.6M and manages the Risk and Decision Sciences Group budget in the amount of ~ $450K per year and 48 staff. She has 20 years of experience at PNNL coming to us from the Energy and Environment Business Office. She has extensive knowledge of policies and procedures and is a great resource for our staff.
